The competition presents a selection of the latest animated productions created using a variety of animation techniques. This year, four titles will compete for the award for Best Feature Film.
The Fatiha is the first surah of the Quran. In Muslim tradition, it is also the name used for the ceremony of homage to a deceased person. Today is the fatiha of Amir, the father of Feurat Alani, French and Iraqi journalist. The opportunity for those close to him to return to Amir's history, and for Feurat to return to his own history and that of Iraq.
