The ANIMATOR.PL Polish Animated Film Competition was launched in 2018. Its first edition was prepared in co-operation with the Polish Filmmakers Association and the Film Miniature Studio.

The films selected for screening offer viewers a unique opportunity to get acquainted with new achievements of domestic animation and get to know Polish animators. We present a wide range of the latest productions of both established artists and talented debutants.

Previous editions of the Polish Competition saw animated productions appreciated by international audiences all over the world, such as "The Rain" (by Piotr Milczarek), "Portrait of Suzanne" (by Izabela Plucińska), "Acid Rain" (by Tomek Popakul) and "Pussy" (by Renata Gąsiorowska).

In the Polish Animated Film Competition, the international Jury awards the following prizes:

• GRAND PRIX / Golden Animusz - 12 000 PLN gross for the film director,

• II Award / Silver Animusz - 4 000 zł PLN gross for the film director,

• III Award / Bronze Animusz - 2 000 PLN gross for the film director.

Audience Award for the Best Polish Animated Film is also presented in the competition.
