Here’s a list of full-length feature films that will be screened in the International Competition section. The Selection Committee (Filip Kozłowski – festival programmer, and Marcin Giżycki – artistic director) have short-listed five films. This year the Best Full-Length Feature Award is PLN 35,000.00.
One of the five candidates is The Nose or the Conspiracy of Mavericks by Andrey Khrzhanovsky – winner of the Jury Award at this year’s Annecy. Another one is Circumstantial Pleasures by Lewis Klahr, a long-standing artist whose films have made their way to the permanent collection of New York’s MoMa. In its turn, Behzad Nalbandi’s Unseen was short-listed for Asia Pacific Screen Awards. It will be available online with audio description.
As in the previous years, the viewers of the festival are invited to vote for their favourite film, both online and on-site at Poznań’s Muza Cinema.

This movie attempts to give a just voice to homeless women taken off the streets against their will, stripped of their rights and kept incarcerated until their lives end.

This film is dedicated to the pioneers, the groundbreakers in art. To the people who were ahead of their time. And who were, most importantly, brave enough to go against the current. For this, they had to pay the price of their own welfare, and often even their life.
