A new mural in Poznań

Poznań has a new mural starting today!

Noriaki, a Poznań-based street artist, has created a new urban mural dedicated to ANIMATOR. The artist is best known for his images of Mr. Periscope (aka the Watcher), which have become one of the visual symbols of Poznań. The Watcher can be seen on the city's buildings, walls or information boards. This time, Noriaki has come up with a project inspired by A Trip to the Moon, a 1902 animated short silent film by the French director Georges Méliès. 

The mural is also a reference to the motif of the Moon used in ANIMATOR's visual identity. Noriaki's 5-metre take on the Moon proudly decorates the facade of the Muza Cinema at ul. Święty Marcin 30 in Poznań.
